  • Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our services.

  • Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

    • Provide feedback or contact us.

    • Your employer: Employers in the logistics sector who contract our services will provide us with your Identity, Contact, Financial, and Employment Data to enable us to process your payroll.
    • HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs): We may receive or exchange data with HMRC for tax and national insurance purposes.
    • Pension providers: Data may be exchanged with pension providers for pension scheme administration.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Tax and National Insurance: To submit PAYE data to HMRC, calculate and deduct appropriate tax and National Insurance contributions.
